New Service Requests

The Glide Water Association Board of Directors decided in April 2025 to lift the moratorium on new services. The Board of Directors will review new service applications at each regularly scheduled Board Meeting, which are held every second Tuesday of the month at the GWA Office starting at 6PM. 

Those interested in submitting an application for new service can use this form – New Service Application – Glide Water Association

New Service Request Applications can be emailed to glidewaterassociation@gmail.com, mailed to Glide Water Association PO BOX 384 Glide, OR 97443, or dropped off at the GWA Office. 

*NOTICE: New Service Connections Fees paid via credit or debit card will have an additional 5% Transaction Fee included.
